As a Sales Administrator, you will provide first class sales administrative support to the Ceryx sales team as well as general sales office duties including:
• Client pre-qualification by phone or web;
• Assisting with the preparation of quotations and proposals
• Processing customer orders, including invoicing and fulfillment;
• Contract maintenance and filing;
• Coordinating regular sales reporting;
• Assisting in Marketing presentations and off-site trade shows.

This position requires extensive interaction between internal staff and customers. It is therefore essential that the successful candidate demonstrate the following skills and characteristics:
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• intermediate/advanced working knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Word and Excel;
• strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle a variety of tasks in a busy environment; and
• the ability to work in a team environment

The following skills and experience will be considered assets for this position:
• experience in a related fields such as Accounting;
• experience in the computer/software industry; and
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
