OPPORTUNTIY:
Ceryx specializes in providing high availability, high-performance messaging and collaboration solutions centered on Microsoft technology. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can care for our customers throughout the lifecycle of their request, incident or problem in a manner that leaves the customer enthusiastic about Ceryx.

We are seeking new or recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or relevant experience for technology support opportunities. You should enjoy configuring systems and be comfortable with Microsoft technologies. Ideally, you've had some experience as a Microsoft systems administrator, even if only non-professionally. Microsoft certification is considered an asset.
