Ceryx and IBM Collaborate on Hosted and Managed Exchange offering for the Enterprise
TORONTO, April 1, 2009 - Ceryx Inc. today announced they will
provide and administer a Hosted and Managed Exchange infrastructure
for IBM, specifically designed for enterprises with 200 or more
employees looking to realize the benefits that come from outsourcing
their Microsoft Exchange e-mail and messaging environment.

deliver our premium Software + Services solution to the market under

The offering, available immediately, will be sold under the IBM
brand and includes a 7x24x365 Help Desk for administrators, a
user-accessible Administration Portal, premium security, a wide
assortment of mobility options, industry leading SPAM and Anti-Virus
solution, as well as integration with Symantec Enterprise Vault for
mailbox storage management.
