messaging service provider Ceryx, today announced that Cookie Jar,
which develops, produces, distributes and markets quality products
to children, parents and teachers, has chosen Ceryx's Hosted exchange
platform to manage their messaging and team collaboration needs.
Headquartered in Toronto, Cookie Jar's numerous global offices and
remote employees throughout the U.S. are challenged with ensuring
seamless deployment across a highly distributed environment, while
communicating across a number of time zones. With reliability and
24-hour access being paramount to Cookie Jar's success, their previous
Hosted Exchange provider's sporadic outages, delays in communication,
and lack of weekend support helped make the decision to migrate to
Ceryx an easy one.

Despite the problems they experienced with their first hosted solution,
Cookie Jar's global network and need for a decentralized, reliable

help our client increase productivity, lower the pain points and
get better control of the unpredictable monthly costs that they were

Cookie Jar finally made the migration to Ceryx's Hosted Exchange

migration was managed in 3 stages with the majority of backend support
conducted after hours. The transition was straightforward and seamless
and since the full migration launch on December 1st, Cookie Jar's
email service has been without incident.
