Client Relationship Manager
Work Experience: 4+ years in technology or telecommunications sales or marketing
Education Required: College/University degree (preferably Business Engineering or Computer Science)

Reports to: Director of Partner Relationships

Opportunity:
As a Client Relationship Manager you will work closely with the Director of Partner Relationships to build our network of partners and support them in growing the business. You will be supported by some of the best engineers in the industry and you will be marketing what is widely considered the best engineered solution in the market today for Microsoft Hosted Exchange, Hosted SharePoint and integrated Hosted Blackberry Enterprise Server.
You will need to combine sales and marketing skills with key account management as you work with exciting and motivated partners to bring the ThinOffice services to market. You will assist with the development of marketing and communications to acquire new partners leveraging web based advertising and broader brand awareness initiatives like trade shows and event sponsorships. You are a self-starter who will work closely with partners to build and execute account plans, set targets and help them to achieve their goals. You will provide and in some cases create resources to assist partners as required including training and sales engineering support.
You should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You enjoy working with people and teams and ultimately possess strong influencing skills as you will need work through partners to achieve your results. A background in technology or telecommunication sales or marketing would be considered an asset.
