Using geo-replicationtechnology, Ceryx maintains a real-time copy of every message sent and received, ensuring that even in the event of a catastrophic disaster our customers will not only have a backup copy of their data, but also immediate access.

Archives

Ceryx goes beyond local archiving, archiving to a separate location, on fully redundant, tamper-proof drives. Store data for up to 7 years and always have real-time access to archives, including the ability to search, read and reply directly from an archived message.

Backups

Regular data backups and offsite storage add another layer of protection to your corporate data. Ceryx works directly with clients to meet custom backup schedules and procedures based on the customer's business process. Data restores are done upon request.

If you are not at your desk, you are always a click away with your mobile device, browser-based access (OWA) or SharePoint site. Ceryx supports custom VPN access as well as RSA Secure ID.
