customers will not only have a backup copy of their data, but also immediate
access.
ARCHIVES: Not just local archives but
archiving to a separate
location, on fully redundant, tamper-proof drives. Store data up to 7 years and
always have real-time access to archives, including the ability to search, read
and reply directly from an archived message.
BACKUPS: Regular data backups and offsite storage add
another layer of protection to your corporate data. Ceryx works directly with
clients to meet custom backup schedules and procedures based on the customers
business process. Data restores are done upon request.
ANYWHERE REAL-TIME ACCESS: If you are not at your desk, you
are always a click away with your mobile device, browser-based access (OWA) or
SharePoint site. Ceryx support custom VPN access as well as
RSA Secure ID.
